After the Android 4.3 update(xperiaT(Lt30a)) the Bluetooth Doesn't turn ON

After Updating the phone Bluetooth has stopped working. before it worked perfectly.

Every time I turn the phone on the Bluetooth icon will flash a few times and turns Bluetooth off automatically..

I have tried turning Bluetooth on many times , but it the Bluetooth icon will flash a little and automatic turn off...
