A problem with back bottom

Hello

my phone is live with walkman

I have a problem with my back botton:smileysad:

it is not sometimes working:smileycry:

my android version is GB and i didn't root my phone:smileycry:

what should i do now?

is it bug?

is it well in ics?

help me:smileyshocked:

Actually this problem does appear in a lot of SE LWW phones. Quite often the back button does not respond to touch in terms of not executing command or doing so but without heptic feedback. In service test the button works perfectly. Most of times the problem occures after repetitive clicks. Seems to me it's a hardware problem because it still occures after several ICS updates/repairs.

try to run some test, dial *#*#service#*#* service tests>keyboard/switch, see if the back key is detected.

Dial *#*#7378423#*#* (a service menu apperas)> go to service test>and then selectkeyboard & switch option and perform your keypad test

It should of course work all the time and not just every now and then.

If this still is a problem in your phone I suggest you run a software repair in PC Companion.
