3D-Games Problem with Xperia Arc S (Android 2.3.4)

Hi everybody,

I got the Arc S couple weeks ago and everything was running rather smoothly until all of the sudden I started having one problem with 3D-Games; the games will either have a short black out and then continue and then repeat or pause themselves or the display will return to the home screen. I've had this problem with Critical Strike Portable, Brothers in Arms 2, Temple Run and Nintendo 64- emulator running Mario 64. If I recall correctly, the problems started appearing after installing CS Portable. I can play the NES, SNES and GBC- emulators just fine and also Angry Birds and Doodle Jump. It just seems that there's a problem with 3D-games, although I am able to play Let's Golf!HD. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games, I removed CS Portable entirely but the problem keeps hanging around. I've tried to search for viruses (long shot, I know) but so far I haven't been able to deduce any cause for the problem. Thoughts, solutions?

Well, I managed to fix the problem by doing the "Factory data reset" at the Privacy Settings.  It's a bummer for having to install everything again, but at least 3D-games work again!
