Xperia M5 Dual all Issues & suggestions for Sony.

Hi Team,

Firstly let me tell you that, I am writing this with lot of pain and distrotion. To brief out on my issue; I own Xperia M5 dual handset. I started facing issue with the handset and I walked into Mandya Sony Center.

I've been going in circles with them for the past 3 months. I started looking at their dispute resolution process, which involved Arbitration or small claims. The Arbit agreement actually seemed pretty good. They stated that, my cell phone M5 dual handset cannot be repaired anymore and would be replaced with that of Xperia XA. Later on the twist came up stating that, they would provide me M5 dual itself. I got to know later on that, they have provided me M5 dual by booking it through an online store (Flipkart) and from Sony's end the service center have ordered Xperia XA as a replacment in my name.

To be more precise; they have ordered the Xperia M5 dual from Flipkart in the  name of Mohan (Technicain at Mandya Service Centre); and they have provided that to me. This show cases, the fruad and cheating done to the customer. I have been complaing regarding the M5 daul about the back panel, and its thrice which have come across the same problem.

Very surprisng factor to me is that, the people at the service centre states me that, its(M5 dual) not a water proof cell phone. Are the technicians themsleves not aware of the configuration and features of the device. Or else is your website itself marking false features to attract cutsomers. Which one is right? Need a clarity on this.

To inform you that, the new handset that they have provided to me i;e Xperia M5 dual, too started having a problem with that off the back case, and when I urged the service centre for service, they stated the service charge would come up to 17,267; whereas the actual cost of the cell phone is 14,990 INR and still the brand new one which they have replaced to me in warranty. When the cell phone is in warranty, customer can claim for replacment or service done. Can you please expalin me then why is sony charging me for the service (more than the actual cost of the phone itself)?

For several weeks I have experienced such rude treatment from one of your techinicain so called 'ANAND' that I refuse to tolerate it any longer. No customer would like to hear profanity or lame langauages.
I think you should be aware of the language that one of your employees is using at the Mandya Service center. I personally feel he has no place interacting with the public when he lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. Whatever action you decide to take, my brother  and I are certainly willing to act as witnesses.

I have all the details of the new cell phone, from where they have got, and in whose name they have ordered it through Online Store. I can furnish all the details and also the video clippings of the rude harrasement of the techincican 'ANAND'. This has hurted me to the core and its not at all acceptable as a responsible citizen of India and would fight for my customer rights.

All in all I am not at all happy with the kind of service I have got so far and would like to move this legally. According to Consumer Protection Act, 1986 I have filled a case against the same and I will be moving further legally on the same.

Also I have attached
