Le paso desde que lo compré la primera vez que se apagó tuve q esperar horas a que pudiera encender siguió pasando y hace 2 días no enciende no se puede conectar ni a asistencia tecnica para q venden productos defectuosos y el valor no es bajo

I tried to put the new software in my sony m5 and it doesnt work, when i do it again with my computer as is indicated in the official page it turn off and doesnt turn on again, i send my cellphone to a tecnic to fix it and doesnt work so they gave me another phone and now i have the same problem with this new one, it doesnt turn on and i tried to reset it but it doesnt work, please help i dont know if it is a problem with this model of sony or what because my cellphone was 100% of batery and it was conecting to my computer but it happened again and doesnt turn on, i need your help
