Xperia M4 aqua dual got into water

Dear Sir,

As the promise made with me while purchasing the m4 aqua dual that it is waterproof and dustproof with IP65 and IP67 Certified.

Now Water entered in the phone and the service center directly refused to repair it or ask for the repair cost.

My phone is still in the warrantee upto 7th July.

I hereby concern you that if you dont response regarding this matter within 7days, i`ll regret to procced this matter further to consumer court.

The phone mothebaord has changed in service center dated 7th july so the IMEI is swapped

I'm sorry to hear about your issue but if the phone has any physical damage or you didn't firmly closed then water could enter and damage the phone. Contact your Local support and request a vacuum test if you haven't already
