Xperia M4 Aqua back camera not working

Hi, Frequently my phone's back camera is hanging and i'm unable to use it. I noticed someone more users facing rhis issue. Is anyone got it resolved?

I'm sorry to hear this.

I would recommend that test your camera in the built in diagnostics tool to see how it behaves there. You can do so if you go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Camera. How does the camera behave in this test?

I would also recommend that you restart your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

If there is no change I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Note! This will completely reset your device and it is highly recommended that you first create a backup using Xperia Companion.
