Xperia M2 - Auto rotate is not working

I try auto rotate option and factory reset is also done..,  but same problem auto rotation is not working..  I am facing this problem from last one week..,  before that it works fine..., help me out

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test everything and report the results.

I am not able to find diagnostic ->test and all in my phone..  Mine is xperia c2004..,  help me out

Try service menu instead

Open the Dialer and enter this

I tried that last twodays back only..,  the entire phone rest but the issue was not solved..,  any some other idea???
