Xperia M Bootloop

Someone help me please, i just bought a new Xperia M (Single SIM Model). But, after two months, my phone suddenly got bootloop. It's just stuck on colorful waves animation when booting up. I've tried everything to fix it, i've tried to reflash the software with PC Companion, and SUS but always failed. Is There any other way to fix this problem?

Follow this guide here - Ignore the title as it's the process you need to follow

So as you have your .ftf file and Flashtools then you need to start at step 3 - Although you do need to install Flashtools 1st

Do i need to install the drivers as well?

if you have Pc companion installed then the Flash driver should be already installed but may need installing or updated or signed to your phone which will happen on 1st connection in Flashmode

Hello,

You are facing Bootloop Correct?

this might happen if you try to load any other rom. or img, etc,

TO REPAIR:

1> Download this file. from here this is the ftf file that you'll need...

https://mega.co.nz/#!BJcWiLIK!dqwBZAytT0fXSJi9NBSUlx9mRHBGaF3JvbqTczY1vMo

2>Download Latest Flashtool. from here.

http://www.mediafire.com/download/atxkg1ab6d5bw8o/flashtool-0.9.10.2beta6-windows.exe

3> Procedure

After installation of all above requirements

+Open the Flash tool folder (usually C:\Flashtool).Find folder named Driver. Run the program named "Flashtool-Drivers",check all the options under "select component to install". Click install

+Come back to Flashtool folder find folder named "firmwares".Copy downloaded firmware files(.ftf files) to "firmwares" folder.

+Open flashtool.exe connect the phone using USB cable (in Mass Storage mode). You can find your Phone details at INFO log.

+Click on the thunder icon , select Flashmode from mode selector window and click ok.

+Next you'll see a firmware selection window. Select your Phone's firmware from the list, check wipe data and wipe cache if you need clear all your previous apps installed. Leave all other options and click Ok.

+For some phone models Flash tool will say to disconnect and reinsert battery, then connect phone by holding "back" or "home" button (for some phones have touch sensitive home and back buttons they try with pressing "volume down" key ).otherwise skip this step

+Wait until the process complete. When INFO log shows finished , device disconnected , you can switch on your phone . It'll take 10-15 minutes for first boot .

Then your Bootloop will be cleared and your phone will switch on as you brought.... Grinning_Face
Thank you,

Hello. I managed to update my phone to the latest 4.3. Then I risked to unlock its bootloader and I ended up experiencing a bootloop. I downloaded the ftf file and flashed, excluding to wipe the data. However, when I turn on the device, the bootloop is still there.
