video player not working on m4 aqua

I rekorded some videos on my Xperia m4 aqua and now I cannot watch them. A notification says "unable to play video. The URL is invalid" What can I do? Thank you

Hi @pikola628,

I'm sorry to hear that. As @uliwooly suggested does this behavior persists if you reboot your device to safe mode?

If it does I would recommend that you try and reset your media storage app. To do so go to: Settings > Apps > Tap the ... > Show system > Media storage > Storage > Clear data > Ok. Then restart your device and wait for the phone to scan your internal and external storage for media files.  Note that this won't delete any pictures of videos but the phone may not show you media files for a few minutes after you clear data for Media storage.

Thank you for the sugestivno But I cannot fino the "show sistem" optični. The only thing that opens up when I tap on... (menu) is "sort by Size", "sort by date", and "reset app preferences". What did I do wrong? Thank you
