Unlock code for device experia M4 Aqua E2303

Hi, I'm currently with one network who I asked to issue me my unlock device code, so I can use another sim card in my phone, but they keep finding the excuses,  and the last one is that manufacturer Is not able to issue a code to them, and I should wait for another 21 working days until they get the code. 

Is there a way I could ask for code from Sony directly?  As I need it asap.Many thanks.

Hi @Unlock22, welcome to the community.

Unfortunately, Sony Mobile do not have access to these codes, they are set and supplied by the carrier who locked the handset, and only the network whom it is currently locked to can unlock it.
