Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Blue Screen?

Hey everybody, my one friend currently has a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and whenever she powers on the phone, it will say "Sony" and then "powered by android" but then a blue screen appears. I have a picture but I just found out that I don't know how to post a picture in Xperia Support. If it's possible, please tell me. Thanks!!!

o meu m4 aqua estava exatamente assim fiz uma restauração de fabrica da comfiguração do aparelho

e depois restaurei usando o xperia companion e vicou como se tivesse acabado de tirar da loja.

my m4 aqua was exactly like this I made a factory reset of the device configuration

and then restored using the xperia companion and vicou as if it had just taken from the store.
