Hi,
My daughter bought the Sony M5 in March 2016.
During the past one year, she encountered numerous times the phone not responding or hanged.
She had to reset the phone and it worked well for another short period.
In past one year, she had sent the phone four times to local service center.
However, the problem still persists even with replacement set from service center.
We are puzzled on why the Sony M5 behaves in such matter.
Could the problem caused by hardware, software, wrong settings or conflict apps.
Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have the same problem but it seems like Twitter app is the issue to me, ask her if she uses it constantly?
I send the to local service center for the frist time cause touch problems, hope they solve this!! It's a amazing phone!!
