I have a m4 aqua
When my battery is full i can make phonecalls etc when my battery drops bellow aprx 85% then i cannot make any phone calls
If i try to find my service provider form the settings menu it says service unavailable
My device still sees my sim cause i can look inti my Sim contacts

That's quite an odd behavior, could you try the following
test the phone above and bellow 85%
1 boot in >>> safe mode
2 test a different SIM card
Been there done that...
the reason i did say aprrox 80% is because i did try it out
And another sim was my first thought
But still thnx for your reply
Ps. I also reinstalled my firmware etc still the same...
Time to contact your Local support regarding this issue.
