Hi @seren9, sorry to hear about that. Slightly_frowning_Face

Do you receive any error messages when you are trying to transfer data to your SD card? Are you transfer the data in Settings > Storage > Transfer data to SD card, moving the data using a File commander or a computer?

If you can't transfer any data to the SD card using any of the 3 options. I would recommend that you try and format your SD card or if you have another SD card that you can mount in the phone and see if you are able to transfer data to that SD card.

If your M4 Aqua has Android 6.0 installed you can format the card by following the instructions below.

  1. Find and tap Settings > Storage > SD Card > tap the menu button (three vertical dots) > Settings > Format.

In Android 5, you can format the SD card by going to Settings > Storage > Erase SD card.

Let me know it went!

Hi @Fdh, sorry to hear about that. Slightly_frowning_Face

Does this occur with all applications that you are trying to move to your SD card (those that have support for being transferred to an SD card) or does it only occur with certain applications?

If it occurs with all applications, I would like you to create a bug report for me, so I can forward it internally.

To do that, Go to Settings > About phone > Build number, tap 7 times on the build number. 2. Go back and select Developer options then turn on "USB debugging". 3. Select Logger buffer size and change it to "4 M" 4. Restart your phone, then replicate the issue 5. Go back to Settings > Developer options, select "Take bug report" followed "Interactive bug report". When the report is ready you will receive a notification. Tap the notification to share it. I suggest you upload it to Google Drive and then choose to share a public link to the upload and include the link in the PM.

I will also need your IMEI number in the same PM, which you can find in Settings > About phone > Status > IMEI information, starts with 35.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @CParzM4, sorry to hear about this. Slightly_frowning_Face

Would you be so kind to provide me with a bug report? You can find all the information that you need in the post just above yours! Slightly_smiling_Face

Thanks in advance!

I got the same issue. If I try to move an app to the SD Card, it stops with 50% and nothing happens. In the notification bar, there's the message that it still transfers the app but nothing happens.Link with the bugreport above (I didn't cancel the transfer as I made the report)

Hi @monsterfighter13, sorry to hear about this.

When you move the application to your SD card, is there any error message about there being no available space on the SD card or does the transfer just stop at 50%?

If you can also send me a PM with your IMEI number that would be great, I will need that to forward your bug report! Slightly_smiling_Face

You can find the IMEI number in Settings > About phone > Status, starts with 35 and is 15 digits long.

Thanks in advance!

It stops at speacial percentage, dependent on how many apps I try to transfer.

It doesn't show any error message. Maybe it's because the app has no rights to access the SD Card? In the new Android Version the user agrees in a new window for any rights, but in the app which transfers the apps the window doesn't appear. This is just what I think, maybe it's somwthing different.

This might be an extreme step to take, but I solved my problem by running the software repair option in the Sony Companion software on my computer. Make sure you backup your data before doing this. My Android interface looks completely different since running this tool and my SD is now accepting the exported app data.
