Screen turns white/vertical lines

So I left my phone on charge overnight, and when I picked it up in the morning there were weird white lines on the screen. These lines disappear when I lock the screen/turn the screen off, but after turning it back on and using it to say, text, the lines come back until the entire screen is lighter in colour (apart from around the edges). Again, turning the screen on and off gets rid of them but they come back. I havent dropped my phone recently either, I've only had it for about a mont. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello Guys,

Did Sony replace your Xperia Z3? My Xperia Z3 is in the same situation now. I can barely use it for sending SMS and voice calls but viewing images is a pain. I wanted to return to Sony but I wonder if they gave you a temporary replacement unit while your phone is being repaired.

Hi! (I'm the OP, I had to use a diff account to sign in so idk if it'll appear as me haha~)

In the end my phone screen went completely black and refused to show up so I took it to my nearest Virgin store and they helped me send it away! It was replaced free under warranty since I'd only had it since February

I would like to ask if there's any chance to get rid the color yellow single vertical line from the left side (facing user) of my sony xperia m4 aqua using factory data reset???or do i have to contact the service center for lcd replacement??
