Hi, my Wifes M4 Aqua keeps playing the same random tune at different times of the day and night!! I'm convinced this only started when she purchsed one of these watches that tells you your heart beat, how well you have slept, how many steps you do each day etc. My Daughter down loaded the watch app to my Wifes M4 Aqua and i'm sure this is the root of the problem, they both disagree! Has anyone else had random tunes playing?

Hi @Burt1, welcome to our community and I'm sorry to hear about your wife's phone.
Do you know which accessory that she bought and that is paired with the phone? If it's for example, a Smartband 2 and do you know which application that your daughter installed in wife's phone?
When this tune is being played, is there also a new notification in the status bar of the phone? If there is, could you try and hold in on it with your finger and you should now see a circle with a "!" inside of it. Tap on the circle and information about which application has sent the notification should appear.
Once you know which application is sending the notification / tune, try opening up the application and tap the 3 dots in the top right corner or the 3 lines in the top left corner and see if there any settings menu available, if there is, you may be able to turn off notifications from the application itself. You can also try and uninstall the application all together and see if these random tunes are being played when the application is not installed in her phone!
I hope that helps and let me know how it went!

Ok, we never got round to investigating the phone because the watch/fitness thing has busted!!! So, this means the randon tunes have stopped playing on her phone, this also proves it was the watch causing the problem. Thanks for all your help, you're a star.
Hi again @Burt1!
You're welcome and I'm glad to hear that the random tunes have stopped playing and it was the watch causing this behavior!
Let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with!
