Hi,
I'm new this - apologies in advance.
I recently started using a dual sim xperia M5 - everything was going well until today. I tried to make a phone call but when i do, there is no dial tone.
At first I thought it was the lack of signal in the area I was but when i tried again later, the same thing happened.
It appears that the ear piece is not woeking. when the phone is on loud speaker, it works fine.
everyone else can hear me but i cant hear anything.
can someone please advise?
