Hi @Lucien2, sorry to hear about this. 
Is this something that occurred very recently or have you experienced this behaviour since you got the phone? If it happened recently, have you changed your SIM cards or updated your phone just prior this?
I'd recommend that you start with just a normal restart of your phone and see if that solves the troubles with having no network connection. You can also remove and insert the the SIM card(s) again in your phone.
If you still can't get an active network connection, do you have another SIM card(s) that you can try and mount in your phone? I understand if this is not possibly but you can always ask a friend, colleague or family member if you can borrow theirs for a few minutes!
