nfc services full

Hi I wonder if someone could help me i have a Sony (model E2353) and i am with optus. Several times i have had several pictures sent to me but i keep getting NFC service full or NFC capacity Full, how can i solve this so i can receive the pictures? message is Capacity for NFC services full and when i try to change services all i get it a white screen. I have tried safe mode and no luck as it is now popping up even when i take the phone out of sleep mode. I have no banking or other apps that use the NFC and that is turned off and i have uninstalled all previous installed software. From what i have seen it might even happen if i reset the phone via software repair. Is there a fix? or will sony replace the phone since it is their software that seems to be creating this issue. Other thing is because of this i can't recieve images that my mother is trying to send to me of my father who is in a respite home.

NFC its only to pair phones, you can send the pictures through bluetooth, although it will take longer than sharing them through WiFi or other cloud services.

I am aware of that but she sent the photos using sms and the NFC popped up and i didn't recieve to photos and for bluetooth she is 500km+ away. so the NFC seem to be interfering with just more than an annoying popup which also needs to be fixed by sony.

That's quite odd, could you boot in >>> safe mode and ask her to send you a MMS, keep in mind that for MMS you must have a data plan, not WiFi.

tried it no go Slightly_frowning_Face ..even in safe mode the NFC pops up and from reading other complaints even reinstalling /repairing the software doesn't work.

@Auusiemouse

what if you turn off NFC and remove the case, then ask them to send you a MMS

My NFC has never been turned on and is alway off.. only thing that i can do is swap to my secondary phone..but since this phone is on Optus plan i shouldn't have to.

@Auusiemouse

could you take a screenshot of the error and post it here?

Will do when it happens again..it is random so it can happen at anytime and as i don't use my phone that often it may take a while. but the pictures on here are the same as i'm getting with mine.. /t5/Xperia-Z3/quot-Capacity-for-NFC-services-full-quot-dialog-box-constant/td-p/996341 and i've tried everything and nothing. It is as if the NFC is permanently turned on and finding another device.
