My M4 Aqua dual doesn't detect earphones.

Hello guys.I have a problem here.My M4 Aqua Dual doesnt detect any headphones and earphones.This happened like a month ago since this phone was repaired at my local Sony Service center because of a camera problem(My camera is fine right now).When i try to connect my earphones,my phone doesnt detect any connection.So I look up in the internet,i try the clear data thing in Smart Connect app,restart,nothing happens.My phone is up-to-date now.Soo if you guys have a solution,feel free to do so  cheers!

Hi,i had the same problem,i send to repair y changed almost all components,now my Phone works full. Software Was actualized. Batería Was changed, they changed my earphones.
