Microphone not working

My issue is microphone doesnt seem to working during diagnostics or calls, unless I change it to speakerphone. Ive tried restarting my phone, starting it in safe mode, turning off noise reduction, resetting my phone to factory settings. None of these have done anthony to fix it. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @AwayOnMintHill, sorry to hear about your phone.

Based on the troubleshooting that you have already done on your own, your phone has to be examined at an authorized service centre.

I'd recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and they will arrange a repair for you and answer any questions that you may have regarding local service routines, warranty and so forth.
