Well first of all, Sony didn't forced you to buy their phone. It is your sole decision to buy it, right? Every brand has its own pros and cons, whatever the model is. from your words, it seems that you are on the cons group. but definitely there are also people on the other side (like me) who enjoys the sony phone. I can play UFC mobile, need for speed, asphalt, with minimal to no lags at all.
Your unit maybe is a lemon. It is still under warranty, just go to your dealer and ask for a replacement if it is the only solution.
But coming here to "warn" people buying the same is just futile. Even flagship high end models have these problems.
oh by the way, did you read the user's manual?
