Hi @PapaCreativo, I'm very sorry to hear this. Slightly_frowning_Face

Since this is service and warranty related I recommend that you contact your Local support team directly. They will be better equipped to assist you further with this.

Hello Christofer, i´m living in Venezuela. The Local support does not recognize the warranty here.

I must send the phone 2 times to USA to check it by you support team.

Of course, the waranty expires and my phone doesnt work.

@Jampi

I'm sorry to hear about your situation but the warranty will only work in the USA if you bought it here in the USA, if the warranty has expired there's not much anyone can suggest here.

The waranty expires with 2 visits to the your local service, and SONY didnt fix the problem, congratulations! This the best service of the world!

I´m insist, this Xperia M4 is a useless piece of... plastic and silice.

I will use my social networks, my time and my contacts to share the wonderful experiencie of the Xperia M4.

Thank you, i believed in yor brand.

If I send the phone back, how much do they pay me?

I need to save some money to buy a new (not SONY), one

I understand how you feel and I'm very sorry that you still experience this after having sent in the device for repair. If your warranty have expired my recommendation would be to contact a local consumer adviser for further guidance.
