internal memory 85% full

I have a xperia M4 Aqua.

Recently i experience problems with the data transfer to the SD card.

In the transfer screen, 2 apps are recognized for transfer to SD card. When i click OK (transfer) i get the message that 2 apps are not able to be transferred to the SD card.

I tried resetting apps : no luck

I tried software repair : no luck

I tried reset / format SD card : no luck

I tried software update : no luck

I need some help here, please

which apps are you trying to move to the SD card?

That's the clue. It indicates 2 apps but there's no way of finding out which.

lets try something, boot on >>> safe mode and check if it gives you the option.
