I can't power on my phone after restarted it.

Please help. After I restarted my Xperia M5 it can't power on even though it is fully charged. I tried to recharge it again but only the "red color light" appears on left upper of the phone.

red light usually means depleted battery.

try to connect your device to a wallmount charger then power on the device,.

or  charge your device for 1-2 hours using the wallmount charger then software repair using Xperia Companion

as far as i know this is know problem with m5. I suggest you have your device checked at your local service center Local support

Thanks for the promt reply. I already powered-on my phone now by presssing and hold both the power and upper volume buttons for 10 seconds. I just read the instructions in Xperia Companion (support system). Usually my phone power-off whenever I go out that's why I always have my power bank to reopen it. I already knew this is the problem in Sony mobile phones, hopefully they will fix it.
