How to set busy tone from blocked contact number

I would like to ask how to block a contact in such manner it will get always busy tone. I am convinced such feature exists on Xperia M2. Many thanks, Best regards, Andrej

@andyxxl you are now in Xperia M4 board, which device do you have?

What you can use in M2 or M4 is save the number, go to edit and tap on the 3 dots, there you should find always send to voicemail.

I do not want to send by answering machine by default. I want to send oroginator just busy tone. I am sure such feature exists on Sony Android Experia. Is it possible to set it somehow in contacts app or by 3rd part app?Thanks

It is possible by 3rd party app.

I have tried to set in build contact app set contact to go to answering machine but now I do not know how to revert back such settings for my testing contact. Any advice?

You should be able to do the same (go to the contact, edit and uncheck).

Dear all,

I found how to disable busy tone for a blocked contact directly in conatct app in Android.

I have tried also 3rd party app from playstore such as call blacklist, Mr Number etc but they does not detect and blocked uknown callers such as flagged as WITHELD in xperia call log.

What is difference between uknown and witheld caller on Xperia log? Traditional way is put #31# control code supressing of sending caller number to receiving party.
