How to recover photos from my lost Sony?
GT
Hi @Rachu1, sorry to hear about what has happened to your device.
Your question has been translated to English as this is an International forum.
Have you previously created a backup of the content in your device or enabled the backup feature in the Google Photo application? If you have created a backup, you can restore it to another Xperia device and if you have used the Google Photo backup, you can access your pictures and videos on the link below, just make sure that you log in with the same Google account as you had on the device.
photos.google.com
I hope that helps!
Perhaps the best way is to use photo recovery programs, which is easier than a recovery service. Did you try some recovery programs, like Bitwar Data Recovery, Recovermyfiles, Easeus, etc.? You can choose one from these various programs and have a try.
Hi @Cheayol, that could also work but I haven't used any of them myself and if what @uliwooly wrote is true, it won't do much if the files were stored on the internal storage of the device.
I know that the big SD card manufacturers have their own programs for recovering data (at least the brand of the SD card that I have in my device).
Thank you for helping out!
Happy to help you. I have only used one of these programs, named Bitwar. Though I have not recovered data from internal storage of the device, it's said that this program can recover data from internal storage of the device.
Hi @Cheayol, thank you for the suggestion!
I'm not very well informed about these kind of applications as I have not used any of them myself and I only know about the SD card recovery apps that some manufacturers have.
Thanks again and have a nice weekend!
