How can I contacr directly the customer servise?

But that exactly the problem. I dont want to contact the local support team. I want to complain on the representative of sony in my country. They dont give normal service.

Who sell their producrs in Japan? Are they not selleing it by themselves?

The customer service in each market/region is handled by the local support team in that specific market/region, and I can only refer you to contact them.
Most devices are sold by retailers/operators or in our Xperia Store at least that is how it works in the Nordic market where I'm situated.
If you are curious on how products are sold in Japan, I'd recommend that you get in touch with sales support in Japan. Do note that my Japanese is very limited.
