Ear speaker and microphone doesn't work right

Since three days ago I have a strange problem with my M4 Aqua. The ear speaker doesn't work right when I do or recieve a call. People can hear me, but I can hear them. Also, when I try to use earphones or change to the other speaker the microphone stops working. The strange thing is that everything goes normal after some minutes. I tried to use the diagnostic and it founds a failure in the ear speaker, but it said that the microphone was fine (actually I tried to record other things and works perfectly). I found people in Internet that has the same problem, and a aparently was a software problem (something about ROM). Someone knows what can I do to solve my problem? Please! It's pretty anoying

That seems to be a hardware issue, you could repair the phone with XC and see if that solves the issue, if it doesn't you need to contact your Local support

I had a problem when I tried to repair the software. It says "UEGetPhoneMissingInfo". What can I do about this?

Have you unlocked the bootloader?
