charging problem sony m4 aqua

Hey Guys! My Sony M4 aqua does not charge anymore or really really slow. Any Ideas what I could do? Thanks so much for your help!

Are you trying to charge the phone through a wall charger, computer, car charger?

Wall charger. I think there's a loose connection. I need my phone every day do you have any Ideas to fix the problem? Thanks for your help

You can test different cables but if its loose then you will need to get it inspected by your Local support

Hi @mineeey, sorry to hear about this.

As @uliwooly wrote, you can try charging your device with another Xperia cable, for example if one of your friends, colleagues or family members also have an Xperia device, you can ask them if you can borrow their cable and see if you then are able to charge your device properly.

You can also try turning the device off and see if you are able to charger the phone at a more rapid rate. However if the micro USB port is loose and the cable does not stay in place, your device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre and your Local support team will assist you further with this.
