Can't move app to sd card after repair with pc companion

I was tried to move some apps to external sd card, but it always said "can't move apps, not enough storage" I already make free space 0.9GB on internal storage and 0.7GB on external storage, but it always said not enough storage?

How i can move apps to external sd card? this problem happen after i reset this phone with pc companion.

you'll need to free up more external storage, also, keep in mind that you can't move all apps.
