My phone gives me a black screen and an error message every time I try to use the camera. This only happens with the rear camera. My phone also has problems with connecting to data even though it works for the rest of my family and my last phone worked with it perfectly fine. My carrier is AT&T and I got the phone from Amazon unlocked. Please help.
