Update from Android 7

We have an Experia G3311 mobile phone. It is on Android 7. Can you please tell us how to upgrade it to Android 8 or higher. Nothing we have tried gets any response.

As your phone was released in 2017 its probable that there aren't any updates available for your phone.

Older phones don't get access to the more modern Android updates.

If you have checked in your settings on your phone and no update is available then I
