turn off wifi only downloads!!

Hiya,

I am trying to use the disneylife app and its saying

"Your device is set to WIFI only, to use mobile data turn off wifi only in settings" but there is no where to turn it off! I've searched all my phone settings, google store, the app settings and I cant find it! Can anyone help? Its an L1??

Hi @nduffield92, welcome to our forum!

It really does sound like there should be a setting inside the application where you can toggle if you want to download or stream movies using Wi-Fi only or both Wi-Fi and mobile data as there are no settings in the device for this.

You can in most cases find the Settings menu inside an application if you either tap the three dots in the top right corner > Settings, or the three lines in the top left corner > Settings.

If you are unable to find a setting for this, try reinstalling the application or get in touch with the developers of the application as the support I can give you for third party applications is very limited.
