Sony Xperia L3 OEM unlocking.

Xperia L3 won't allow OEM unlocking. 

I am attempting to unlock the bootloader on a Sony Xperia L3 . The issue is that whenever the toggle switch is toggled to the "on" position it's never went on. I can find unlock codes on sonys site for L, L1, L2 but not L3.

What should i look for? I can't find my L3 model on sony's oem lockup. Only L, L1, L2.
