I will tell the whole history just in case, it might be relevant.
It started with battery problems, it was charging at a very slow rate (4-5 hours) and it was lasting 1 hour top. The camera was the cuplrit, it wasn't working at all and by disabling the camera app the phone worked fine for a week.
Suddenly stopped charging now.
I don't think it is a firmware problem, i've re-flashed the stock firmware from XPERIA Firmware and no success.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

If the micro USB port its damaged, then there's not much you can do as you will have to replace the motherboard, and that will cost you quite a bit, almost the same as a new phone.
You should contact your local Xperia Care
You could boot on safe mode and check again

Tried "Safe Mode", nothing happens
Sorry to hear that, you must contact your local Xperia Care
thanks for replying so fast but i was hoping for some ideas, i have no intention to contact Sony.
The phone is 2 years old out of warranty, if i can't repair it on my own then i will go buy another one. It's not worth the effort to contact some specialized departement to tell me that they can repair it for 100€ when i can buy a better new one for 150€.
I think that i've asked for help in the wrong place
hi. just want to ask if what happens now with your phone. i was having the same problem as yours.. hope to hear you soon.
My Xperia L just started developing the same charging problem as described above. I really wait for a solution to surface from the forum other than contacting local Sony center.
Iam also having the same problem from two days...
My battery is totally drained.. when i returned to home, i connected y charger but no use.
the problem is started..
what is the solution for it?
