I have tried looking on eBay etc for a lost SIM card tray for my Sony Xperia L4 but don't seem to find one. Any ideas or links would be appreciated.
Open the support app on your device.
There you can contact Sony support by chat, mail or phone.
Ask them.
Yeah, you have to contact Sony for this matter to be able to advise as i don't think they have spare parts available in stores.
