Hi, mine does too, problem started just a few days ago, I think it was after a Google Play store update, but could be a coincidence. I've found that if you press the power button and the volume up button together for about 15 sec, then it breaks out of the restart and restarts normally. But after a few hours it just gets stuck in another restart. If anyone has a solution, I'd love to know!
