Mi teléfono no suena cuando me llaman. Tengo volumen en Tono de llamada y no tengo silenciados los tonos. Muchas gracias

by any chance do you have the ringtones on the SD card?

The are 2 more things you can check:

- is 'do not disturb' switched on.

- is the default ringtone set to 'none'.

My L4 does this from time to time I have to restart my phone and it works again.
