How do I speak to someone about my Xperia L4 fault?

I've got a case id for my fault but every time I call I get the message 'we've found your case id and will transfer you to the next available operator' but I'm immediately cut off. Live chat is closed and my messages on X are being ignored.

Truly appalling customer service.

BTW This is the problem: " I've just switched from O2 to Three and can no longer make or receive voice calls. The people at Three told me it is a known issue." I've since contacted Three and they told me I need to turn on VoLTE. I've followed the instructions but the VoLTE on/off switch doesn't seem to be present.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Robert1999,

Depending on the operator, your phone must sometimes be operator-branded and/or use operator-customized system software to be able to use VoLTE. Your subscription must support VoLTE for the device model you're using. To inquire if your device, software, subscription and SIM card support VoLTE, contact your mobile network operator.

Your operator and subscription must support VoLTE for the device model you're using. Your device must be compatible and running the latest software.
