Netflix and BBC iplayer BDP-S1100

Good afternoon All

Just bought a Blue Ray BDP-S1100 here in Italy with the plan to use it here and then take it to the UK next year.

I was under the impression that I should be able to see Netflix and BBC Iplayer but they don't seem to be installed.

Any suggestions ?

In italy those application are not available. In order for them to work you should not only set the country as UK but you have to have a UK IP when connecting to internet.

You should reset the BDP and restart the setting from the beginning.
