Sony WH1000XM4

I am sorry to say , but Im not happy with my headphones. Great sound and comfortable, but unfortunately theres a bad clattering sound  of the plastic parts. This happens every time I use them when Im out walking. 

Ive turned them in for reparation, but the problem is still there.

I will try to improve, maybee glue on,  a thin , soft fabric ...: (

Are you sure that this noise is caused by the plastic parts, not a software issue?

You can eliminate this possibility by updating its firmware using the app, resetting and initializing the headset.
