keyboard has been stopped

Error message "keayboard has been stopped".

I have emptied and reset the phone to manufacture settings but the error message keeps popping up as soon as I enter a few letters.

What to do?

Could you boot on safe mode ? Safe mode will disable all third party apps that might be causing this issue

press the power button > press and hold the power button > once you see the option to power ff > long press power off > you should see "Reboot to safe mode"
