You might have read our recent blog on the 3-in-1 Walkman. If you want to get your hands on a pair for free, why not enter our Halloween Costume Competition?

Head over to that thread and post your best Halloween costume – cute or creepy. We’ll pick one lucky winner to receive a free 3-in-1 Walkman so they can cross it off their Christmas list!

Terms and Conditions

1.            This promotion is open to residents of the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Poland, and Spain only and entrants must be aged 18 or over.

2.            No purchase is necessary to participate in the competition.

3.            In order to be eligible to enter the competition you must have a Community profile.  If you do not have one, you can register on the site for free (at http://community.sony.co.uk).

4.            Members of Sony and their supporting agencies are not allowed to join the competition.

5.            The competition runs from 12:00 (noon) CET on Friday 25th October 2013 and will close on Thursday 7th November 2013 at 23:59 CET. No entries will be accepted after 23:59 CET on that date. 

6.            The winners will each receive a NWZ-WH303 3-in-1 Walkman in white. There will be one winner across the UK and Ireland; one winner in France; one winner across Germany and Austria; one winner in Poland; and one winner in Spain.

7.            All submissions must be the user's own work. Please make sure that you’re the image owner and have full rights on the picture. If you take pictures of people please make sure that you have a signed model contract.

8.            Pictures will be judged by Sony. The winning picture selection will take place on Friday 8th November 2013.  The judge’s decision is final. (Votes are only a reference and are not the deciding factor.)

9.          The winner will be notified by private message within 2 days of the selection having taken place.

10.          If no response to the notification is received from the winner within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.

11.          The prize will be delivered to the winner within 6 weeks after the date of response from the winner.

12.          Any taxes payable in relation to the prize will be for the winner to bear.

13.          No maximum number of competition entries.

14.          The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No cash or credit alternative is available.

15.          Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute, similar prize of approximately equivalent or greater value.

16.          By entering the prize draw, participants will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
