It could be a fault but have you tried moving the Viewfinder adjustment lever?

Pull the viewfinder up as far as possible and look on the underside of the viewfinder. There is a small lever to adjust the focus for different eyesight requirements.

If that doesn’t help a repair may be needed.

Hi tried the viewfinder also Zoom in and out still no joy. When you look into the viewfinder it is like looking at a negative but blured not sharp.
