    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Boa tarde, no fim de semana do fim de ano dia 31/12/2022 e 01/01/2023, por volta das 21h a TV começou a ter um comportamento estranho. Quando punha na TV para ver canais da NOS, a imagem estava toda distorcida. Quando punha no Disney para ver uma série, primeiro começou por durante a série parecer que mudava o "filtro" da imagem, tipo imagem clara colocava filtro amarelo isto de frame a frame, no netflix igual. Só o prime dava sem problemas, isto no 31. No dia 1 piorou, no Disney já só dava a imagem com "filtro" verde e netflix igual. No netfliz até parecia que tinha as cores invertidas. Mas as cores em todos os menus da tv estavam 5 estrelas pelo que presumi que fosse problema das apps. Limpei cache, apaguei actualizações, reiniciei tudo e nada, voltava sempre ao mesmo. Contudo o que me pertubava mesmo era o sinal da tv porque no caso das apps podia ser uma anomalia qualquer mas no caso dos canais da NOS já não conseguia justificar o comportamento. Então decidi esperar por segunda para reportar. &lt;P&gt;Isso parece-me um problema com a ''board que controla o sistema Android'', mas só a assistência é que te pode resolver isso.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Boa tarde,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Entrei em contacto com a assistência técnica e esta informou-me para verificar a versão do firmware, (que deveria ser igual ou superior a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;PKG 6.6070).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Como a versão que tinha era inferior e embora tivesse as actualizações&amp;nbsp;em automático, ainda não deveria estar disponível&amp;nbsp;para Portugal, pelo que segui a indicação do link para fazer o download da versão, instalar numa pen, colocar a pen na TV e seguir os procedimentos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Após seguir o procedimento a TV já tem o novo firmware instalado.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Agora, a verdade é que o problema que tive só ocorreu naquele fim de semana e desde ai ate agora sem problemas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nestes próximos dias vou verificar se ocorre alguma anomalia com a televisão conforme indicado no mail, e caso afirmativo, volto a entrar em contacto com a assistência.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Desde já agradeço a ajuda e indicações que deram.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cumprimentos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tiago Nunes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
