&lt;P&gt;Lamentamos que estejas a passar por esse problema.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Tal como o &lt;a href="https://community.sony.com.mk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/364328"&gt;@BlueZee&lt;/a&gt; diz, o ideal é mesmo dirigires-te à loja onde compraste a TV e tentar fazer a troca do equipamento, uma vez que - parece-me - ainda está dentro do prazo para tal.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Em último caso&amp;nbsp;o ideal é mesmo ativar a garantia, claro.&lt;/P&gt;
