TV Supported Refresh Rates

I have built a home theatre PC to connect to my tv using a HDMI cable.

I need to set the correct refresh rates on the PC that best fit those supported by my tv.

I cannot find the supported tv refresh rates in the instructions or online.

My tv model is:

Bravia KDL32EX403. What are all of the refresh rates that this tv supports?

Hi,

if it helps, the monitor settings on my laptop is set at 60hz and this displays perfectly on a 43" plasma and on my sony.
