I don’t see anywhere on my remote where I can enter text and I need to enter my WiFi password. Can anyone advise please?

which TV are you using?

Once you select the field to enter the password in, you either get an on-screen keyboard displayed, or you need to enter the password with the number-buttons on your remote (which depending on how often you press a button will correlate to numbers or text characters).
